June Direct Primary

The Democratic primary allows "cross-over" voters; that is, if when registering to vote you declined to state a political party, you may still request a Democratic primary ballot. The Republican primary, on the other hand, is a closed primary: only registered Republicans will receive a Republican primary ballot. To change your political affiliation, simply re-register.
