Below is a list of campus resources for you to take advantage of while at UC Berkeley. If you have a suggestion to add to this list, please send it to board@caldems.com.

Fee Waivers for Cal Dems Events/Membership Fees

In order for a more inclusive club that allows for all to participate, fee waivers are available for those in need for all Cal Dems events that require payment in order to participate, including but not limited to membership fees. If the payment of such fees and dues would be a financial hardship, please email the Vice President of Finance at finance@caldems.com. There are both partial and full fee waivers available to members for all Cal Dems events that require fee payment.

Food Pantry

The ASUC sponsored Food Pantry provides emergency nonperishable food to UC Berkeley students. For more information, please go to http://pantry.asuc.org/.

Gender Equity Resource Center (GenEq)

The Gender Equity Resource Center (GenEq) is the campus location where students connect for resources, services, education and leadership programs related to gender and sexuality. For more information, including hours and location, go to http://geneq.berkeley.edu/about.

Mental Health Resources at the Tang Center

The Tang Center currently provides six free counseling services to assist with wide variety of students’ needs. To sign up for a free counseling session call 642-6074 or stop by 2280 Tang to make an appointment with a counselor.
