[Cal Dems] NEW MTG. LOCATION: "Speed Candidating" Thurs. 6 pm, meet @ Bancroft/Telegraph

Hi Dems!
So for tomorrow's meeting, we have an exciting change of both pace and
scenery. Instead of our usual meeting place of 56 Barrows at 7 pm, we'll be
meeting at the corner of Bancroft and Telegraph at 6 pm to head down to the
Berkeley Public Library to attend the East Bay Young Democrats' "Speed
Candidating" candidate forum. We'll be hearing from all the candidates for
Senate District 9 and Assembly Districts 14 and 15. Joan Buchanan, Wilma
Chan, Loni Hancock, Phil Polakoff, Nancy Skinner, Tony Thurmond, and Kriss
Worthington will each speak and then answer questions from the audience.
This is an awesome chance to meet the candidates and compare them side by
side, especially since we'll be endorsing for each race our regular meeting
on March 20th.

If you can't meet up with us at 6 pm to walk down to the library, feel free
to meet us there by 6:30:
Berkeley Public Library, Community Meeting Room (3rd floor)
