[Cal Dems] The 1st Annual Cal Dems MOCKUS! Tomorrow, 7 pm, 20 Barrows

Hey Dems! The countdown to Super Tuesday continues, and with less than a
week before twenty-three states explode with delicious electoral goodness,
we've decided that we want in on the action too, dammit! So come on out to
20 Barrows at 7 pm tomorrow (Thursday) for the 1st Annual Cal Dems Mockus
(Mock + Caucus = Mockus), where we'll be chucking the secrecy of the ol'
Australian ballot right out the window in favor of championing our
candidates unabashedly! Come dressed in the schwag of your candidate of
choice for our next president, and we'll throw it down Alexander Hamilton
style. But please, no dueling. Seriously.
In the mean time, here are a few things you can do to keep our campus blue:

1. Join our Facebook group, so you can hang with other rad Dems on The
Internets:

2. Stop by the Cal Dems table on Sproul to pick up the latest copy of "The
Smart Ass" and a FREE Voter Guide to the February 5th primary.
3. Come to the Mockus tomorrow @ 7 pm. Bonus points if you drag your
roommate (or hell, your whole floor!) along for the ride!

P.S. Since our wonky listserv didn't send out the digest this past Sunday,
the folks with Students for Barack Obama wanted to make sure you knew about
the Stand for Change rally this Friday at noon in front of Sproul Hall.
Speakers will include Barbara Lee, the 9th Congressional District (that's
Berkeley!) representative for California, and Craig Newmark of Craig's List!
