Hiya Dems!
In honor of the national day of love, romance, and astronomical prices for a
dozen roses, Cal Dems will be having a Jeopardy-style Sex & Love Trivia game
at Thursday's meeting. Come join us tomorrow (Thursday) at 7 pm in 56
Barrows and relive those Quiz Bowl glory days -- the categories are:
Reproductive Rights, Marriage Equality, Contraception (and You!), and Love.
Game on!

If you guys are anything like me, you're probably fantasizing about Hillary
Clinton right now (or Obama, as the case may be).

But that's neither here nor there. The reason we're writing you now is
because we need some articles for the upcoming issue. Ya'all know the drill:
600 words, snarky and enlightening, and preferably about the primaries. If
you have or need ideas, shoot us an email (marshall at caldems.com). FRIDAY
FEBRUARY 15TH is the preferred deadline, but I suppose we can allot you the
weekend and say MONDAY FEBRUARY 18TH if you really need it. We'd also love
to hear from you if you are at all clever with graphics or layout.
