[Cal Dems] Apply to work in an ASUC Office!

Hey everyone!

Hope you're all having a fun and relaxing summer, wherever you're
spending these few months off! I just wanted to let you all know about
a fantastic opportunity for the upcoming school year.

As you may or may not know, the newly-appointed ASUC executive offices
each appoint a staff of fellow students to help out with the office's
goals and programming throughout the year. Danny Montes, our new
External Affairs Vice President, has asked specifically for Cal Dems
members to apply for these staff positions, which are available in
four of the executive offices. Each office has its own application,
contact information, and deadlines:

- Office of the President: application due July 20th at 5 pm
     (Van Nguyen: president at asuc.org)
- Executive Vice President: application due July 16th at 5 pm
     (Taylor Allbright: evp at asuc.org)
- External Affairs Vice President: application due July 6th at 5 pm
     (Danny Montes: eavp at asuc.org)
- Academic Affairs Vice President: applicaiton due July 3rd at 5 pm
     (Curtis Lee: aavp at asuc.org)

Since the listserv won't let me attach the applications to this email,
please either email the office you are interested in directly to
obtain a copy of their application, or you can email me back and I can
send you a copy.

I highly encourage all of you to consider this awesome opportunity. As
politically-minded students, you have the interest, knowledge, and
skills that would be so valuable to the ASUC. I'd really love to see
our membership represented in the offices next year!
