Guten Tag and a huge Hello from the Cal Dems! We wanted to welcome new
people both to Cal (go Bears!) and to the club as well as welcome back
returning members (you guys rock!). We have some great things planned for
this year, so get ready to work hard and be prepared for lots of
Democrat-geared fun! As many of you know, there is a primary in February
and we as a club will do our best to make sure everyone is ready to help
take back the White House in 2008.

we’ll be reminding you of this lots) will be in 56 Barrows.

So now that you know when all of our wonderful events are, you can learn
more about the club by visiting our website: www.caldems.com. Make sure
you check out the blog when you are there and if you’re interested in
writing for it, there will be info at the upcoming meetings. On that
note, if you happen to be moseying along down Sproul Plaza and see the Cal
Dems table, don’t be afraid to stop by and say hi! We’ll be wearing our
friendly smiles and you can pick up a copy of Smart Ass, our publication
while you’re there. We always need people to write for this as well, so
be on the lookout for more info on it!

PROGRESSIVE QUOTE OF THE WEEK:

appealing to people if you’re trying to organize a mass base of support
