Partial List of Fall Endorsements

On September 2, 2010, the Cal Berkeley Democrats endorsed the following candidates for the upcoming November 2 election:

  • Senate: Barbara Boxer
  • Governor: Jerry Brown
  • Lieutenant Governor: Gavin Newsom
  • Attorney General: Kamala Harris
  • Insurance Commissioner: Dave Jones
  • Treasurer: Bill Lockyer
  • State Controller: John Chiang
  • Board of Equalization: Betty Yee

Cal Dems will endorse candidates for Berkeley City Council (Districts 4, 7, and 8), Berkeley School Board, Berkeley Rent Board, and State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and discuss the statewide propositions at the Thursday, September 16 general meeting. Check back to see who we endorse!
