		<description>I&#039;ve posted pictures, but they don&#039;t show up on the blog centered as they do in preview mode and they seem to disappear after a few hours so I don&#039;t trust the picture function yet. I&#039;ll try it a few more times though.</description>

		<description>The corruption of Karzai, I think, is key. People are constantly talking about what would happen if we left, but we should look at what the government looks like now. When the US took over Afghanistan they instituted the extreme of neo-liberal policy. We should not only be criticizing polices of tax cuts for the wealthy and businesses, union busting, privatization of all aspect of society, etc., at home but also our implementation of these policies abroad. If they are so bad here, then surely they are no better in Afghanistan.</description>
